- Monitor multiple live camera feeds and alarm systems simultaneously
- Respond to verified security incidents and escalate appropriately
- Document all security-related events with accuracy and speed
- Coordinate with on-site security personnel and local authorities when needed
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed activity logs
Requirements
- 2+ years of security monitoring or control room experience
- Familiarity with IMMIX, I-VIEW-NOW, or CHEK T preferred
- Strong situational awareness and communication skills
- Ability to work 8 or 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends
- Texas security license or willingness to obtain one
